Whoops! Seems a bunch of changes we added for PAX Aus didn't make it into v6—so one day later here comes v7!

• Add a restart option: Hold mouse left for 4 seconds to restart
• Mute the narrator in the title screen so it doesn't get annoying when the game is sitting unplayed
• Fix rare bug where character "burble" would double up

Standalone (win, macOS) changes only

• Suppress resolution dialogue (just start the game full screen at native resolution)
• Support macOS retina by default
• Add icon
